We are confident that you will be completely
satisfied with the condition of all of our merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, please return your order. We ask that you use the following
guidelines to make your return as easy as possible!
Return policy for new books and other
new items.
Page One purchases may be returned within thirty days of purchase for a credit to your
credit card.
Within your package, please include an indication of why you would like to return your
purchase.
All returns must be in their original condition.
Please include your receipt with your return for a credit to be charged back to your
credit card. If there is no receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued.
We will only refund shipping costs in the event of an incorrectly processed order.
Return policy for used and
collectible books.
Used and collectible books are sold 'as is'.
We will only accept returns for these books if they do not match our
description. For example, "I bought this book as a gift, but it turned
out the recipient already had it" is not an acceptable reason to
return a used or collectible item. "I bought what was described as a
first edition, but you sent me a book club edition instead" would be an
example of an acceptable reason to return a used item.
